Have previously bought from here an been happy with the chicken products but recently purchased 21 meter chicken run, item arrived and very poor quality poles scratched and less then half would connect. tried to return but only offer collection only monday to friday? no option to drop a courier. Item not fit for purpose better, more durable and easier to install available as fence and fence poles online.

Always happy with service from Omlet. My hens coops/runs etc are omlet, brilliant easy to keep clean.. Feeds are good quality too, happy hens!

Excellent chicken run. Blends in well with the garden. Not an eye sore. Expensive but very well made. I feel happy that my hens are safe from foxes. I also purchased the pegs to add extra security.

Omlet sell very high quality pet products which I would recommend and have recommended to many friends. Their customer service has also been great, I accidentally ordered two of something and the returns process was very easy and anytime I have emailed the team they have been a great help.

I ordered a 3m connecting rabbit tunnel and connectors last year. Initially when I ordered it said 3-4 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks nothing. I checked my order and dispatch had gone to 6-8 weeks. When it got to 6 weeks it changed again to 12 weeks.
Items arrived and with alot of fitting I am really happy.
Ordered a cat bed and it arrived in 10 days.
Soooo..... I've gone to order a zippi tunnel and den, thinking Omlet had sorted their abysmal dispatch times. Initially 2 weeks - now 4-5 weeks.

Basically if your ordering standard dog and cat stuff it arrives quickly. Rabbit things? Not a hope in hell it will be dispatched when you expect it.

Our hens love their organic food, which keeps them happy and healthy. Products are easily available to select online, plus they are competitive and delivery always on time.

brilliant products. once you get your mind set into putting everything together its very easy. i initially bought the two meter rabbit eglu with the 3 by 2 panel zippi run. I have just upgraded the run to 3 panels wide and 5 panels long with three ramps and one ladder. much better now they can run.I felt it was too small before. The customer service is second to none. Great quality products. Was really pleased when my new order arrived a lot earlier than expected. have just ordered two covers for the run. delivery says october i am hoping it arrives sooner. The cover that comes with the zippy run is not at all adequate. brilliant my rabbits are so much happier.

I bought an Eglu Cube and Chicken Fencing from Omlet, and while there have been some issues such as rusting with the cube (despite claimed to be weather and water resistant), I still think the product is great overall, and does it's job well.

But what made me have to give them a 5 star is their brilliant customer service, the best I've yet to experience. My wife gave them a call because of the rusting, but then cancelled the call. To our surprise, they called us back afterwards, since we had given them a missed call, which I can safely say most companies don't do. Furthermore, once the issue was reported, replacement parts were sent to us for free (likely due to being under warranty) and fairly quickly. This is outstanding, especially because of how most companies, after the pandemic, seemed to have cut down on their customer service. I think I can say that Omlet haven't, rather, they have set the bar for what is truly top-notch customer services.

Fabulous service and dog bed well the dog hasn’t got much of a look in as Fred cat loves it.

The chicken coop Omlet Go Up is an excellent way of keeping a few chickens. It is easy to move, easy to keep clean, looks fine in our garden and we think was worth the money. Happy to recommend this product. Delivery was speedy and assembly fairly easy.

Oh my gosh. Terrible customer service. If you write them it can be 10 days for a response… 10!!?? Also they tell you a time period for delivery but continually change it.

I really needed the product and wouldn’t have done this If I knew what a hassle it was.

Omlet always deliver on time and our chickens love the products. Still at 8 years old they love it, we credit Omlet for their advanced age.

update from my earlier review got all the part needed . like the products . just customer service could have better communication skills . i ended up buying 300 zip ties for the chicken run just felt better about it not sure if necessary
